The website

No accounts, no sign-in, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is processed by our newsletter provider, Beehiiv, to deliver it. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any edition.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and operations.

The server is read-only: it searches publicly published podcast transcripts and newsletter editions. It has no tools that write, modify, or delete anything.
We log queries (the query text, a timestamp, and coarse source metadata) solely to improve search quality and monitor abuse. Query logs are deleted after 90 days.
We do not collect names, accounts, or payment information. There is no sign-up.
We do not sell or share query data with anyone.
Rate limits apply per IP address to keep the service available for everyone.
